YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為（wéi）液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測（cè）壓係統、水（shuǐ）箱係統等五大係（xì）統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降（jiàng）油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉（zhuǎn）油缸、移動油缸、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等（děng）組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑（jìng）規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進（jìn）行強度性能試驗。

¤適（shì）用於小口徑閥門（mén）通徑：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接式（shì）、內外螺紋式（shì）鍛鋼（gāng）等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下（xià）升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣（qì）體壓力（lì）試驗，操作使用方便（biàn）。

¤係統（tǒng）內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測（cè）數據管理係統。
