YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液（yè）壓係統、電氣係（xì）統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊（jǐn）油缸、升（shēng）降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試（shì）驗壓力計量等組成。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是（shì）按各通（tōng）徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進（jìn）行強度性能試驗。

¤適用（yòng）於小口徑閥（fá）門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等（děng）閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及（jí）90度（dù）翻（fān）轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力（lì）試驗，操作使用方（fāng）便。

¤係（xì）統內配置高，低（dī）壓水泵（bèng）供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使（shǐ）用。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台試壓（yā）介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台（tái）設有試壓安全保護裝（zhuāng）置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據（jù）管理係統。
