YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試（shì）台分為（wéi）液壓係統、電氣係統（tǒng）、機械係統、測壓係統（tǒng）、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作（zuò）盤（pán）、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引（yǐn）油缸（gāng）、翻轉油缸、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介（jiè）質控製管路及控製閥、低（dī）壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及（jí）電機、試驗（yàn）介質（zhì）控製（zhì）管路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係統（tǒng）、電（diàn）氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

沉水式液（yè）壓測試台性能特征 Performance feature

¤適（shì）用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭（lán）式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式（shì）與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻（fān）轉功能，特別適應氣（qì）體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使（shǐ）用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台設有試壓安全保（bǎo）護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。

¤It’s suitable for the pressure property test of the small caliber ball valve nominal diameter: DN15/100 flange type, welding type, inter and external thread type forge steel etc.
