YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式液壓（yā）測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左（zuǒ）右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸（gāng）、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低（dī）壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗（yàn）介（jiè）質控製（zhì）管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（yàn）（PS）是按各通（tōng）徑規格閥門（mén）密封試（shì）驗（yàn）（PN）的公稱（chēng）壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進（jìn）行強（qiáng）度性能（néng）試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接（jiē）式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式（shì）工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻（fān）轉功（gōng）能，特別適應氣（qì）體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統（tǒng）內配置高（gāo），低壓水泵（bèng）供壓裝置，試驗介質循（xún）環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）試壓介質為（wéi）水（shuǐ）、氣，由用戶任意（yì）選擇。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓（yā）測試台設有試壓安全保護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂（dìng）配（pèi）智能檢測數據管理係（xì）統。
