YFA-FQ型（xíng）沉水式液壓測試台（tái）分為液壓係統、電氣係統（tǒng）、機械係統、測壓（yā）係統（tǒng）、水箱（xiāng）係（xì）統等五大係統，由機架（jià）、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油（yóu）缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介（jiè）質控製管路及控（kòng）製閥、液壓控製係統、電（diàn）氣控（kòng）製係統、試驗壓（yā）力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱（chēng）壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能（néng）試驗。

¤適用於（yú）小口徑閥（fá）門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接（jiē）式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓（yā）緊式工作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉入水箱中（zhōng），可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配（pèi）置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介（jiè）質（zhì）循環貯存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台試（shì）壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係（xì）統。
