YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為（wéi）液壓係統（tǒng）、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係（xì）統（tǒng）等五大係統，由（yóu）機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗（yàn）介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格（gé）閥門密封（fēng）試驗（PN）的（de）公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於（yú）小口徑閥（fá）門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外（wài）螺紋（wén）式（shì）鍛鋼（gāng）等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗（yàn）工件沉入水（shuǐ）箱中，可上下升（shēng）降（jiàng）及90度翻（fān）轉功（gōng）能，特別適應氣體壓力試（shì）驗，操作（zuò）使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓（yā）裝置，試驗（yàn）介質循環貯存（cún）使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質（zhì）為水、氣，由（yóu）用戶任（rèn）意（yì）選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台設有試（shì）壓安全保護裝（zhuāng）置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
