YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係（xì）統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升（shēng）降（jiàng）油缸（gāng）、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油（yóu）缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓（yā）水泵、油泵（bèng）及電機、試驗介質控製管路（lù）及控製閥、液壓控製係（xì）統、電（diàn）氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的（de）公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性能試驗。

¤適用於小（xiǎo）口徑閥門通（tōng）徑（jìng）：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺（luó）紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉（chén）入水箱中，可（kě）上下升降及90度翻轉功（gōng）能，特別適（shì）應（yīng）氣體壓（yā）力試驗，操作使用（yòng）方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水（shuǐ）泵供壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液（yè）壓測（cè）試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓（yā）安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統（tǒng）。
