YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台（tái）分為液（yè）壓係（xì）統、電氣係統、機（jī）械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等（děng）五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸（gāng）、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高壓水泵、油泵及電機（jī）、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、液壓控（kòng）製係統、電氣控製（zhì）係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度（dù）試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通徑規（guī）格（gé）閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值（zhí）(MPa)x1.5倍進行（háng）強度性能（néng）試驗。

¤適用於小口徑（jìng）閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等（děng）閥門（mén）的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件（jiàn）沉入水箱中，可（kě）上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置（zhì）高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使（shǐ）用。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意（yì）選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有（yǒu）試（shì）壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智（zhì）能檢（jiǎn）測數據管理係（xì）統（tǒng）。
