YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽（qiān）引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油（yóu）缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試（shì）驗介質控製管（guǎn）路及控（kòng）製閥、液壓（yā）控製係統、電氣控製係統（tǒng）、試驗壓（yā）力計量等組成。

閥門強度試（shì）驗（PS）是按各通（tōng）徑規格閥門密（mì）封試驗（yàn）（PN）的公（gōng）稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

沉水式液壓測試台性能（néng）特征 Performance feature

¤適（shì）用於小口徑閥（fá）門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門（mén）的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工（gōng）作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可（kě）上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能，特別適應氣體壓力（lì）試驗（yàn），操作使（shǐ）用方便。

¤係統內配（pèi）置高（gāo），低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液（yè）壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台設有（yǒu）試壓（yā）安全保（bǎo）護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
