YFA-FQ型（xíng）沉水式液壓測試台分（fèn）為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械（xiè）係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降（jiàng）油缸、牽引油缸、翻（fān）轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控（kòng）製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機（jī）、試驗介（jiè）質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓（yā）力計量（liàng）等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通（tōng）徑（jìng）規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試（shì）驗。

¤適用於小口徑（jìng）閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內（nèi）外螺紋式鍛鋼（gāng）等閥門的壓力性能試驗（yàn）。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水（shuǐ）箱中，可上下（xià）升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體（tǐ）壓力試（shì）驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試驗（yàn）介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台設有試壓安（ān）全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智（zhì）能檢測數（shù）據管理係統。
