YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電（diàn）氣係（xì）統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱（xiāng）係統等五（wǔ）大係統，由機架、水箱、左（zuǒ）右（yòu）工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸（gāng）、試驗介（jiè）質控（kòng）製管路及控（kòng）製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係（xì）統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門（mén）密（mì）封試驗（PN）的公（gōng）稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性能試驗。

¤適用於小口（kǒu）徑閥門通徑（jìng）：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式（shì）、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗（yàn）。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上（shàng）下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適（shì）應氣體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低（dī）壓（yā）水泵供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台試壓介（jiè）質為水、氣，由用戶（hù）任意選（xuǎn）擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
