YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻（fān）轉油缸、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥（fá）、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油（yóu）泵及電機、試驗介（jiè）質控製管路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係統、電氣控製（zhì）係統、試驗（yàn）壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（yàn）（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式（shì）、內外螺紋（wén）式鍛鋼等（děng）閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓（yā）式與頂壓壓（yā）緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入（rù）水箱中，可上下升降（jiàng）及90度翻轉功能，特（tè）別（bié）適應（yīng）氣體壓力試驗，操作使（shǐ）用方（fāng）便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台試壓介（jiè）質為水（shuǐ）、氣，由用戶（hù）任意（yì）選擇。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台設有試壓（yā）安全保護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂（dìng）配智能檢（jiǎn）測數據管理係統。
