YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式液壓測試台（tái）分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左（zuǒ）右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸（gāng）、牽引（yǐn）油（yóu）缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗（yàn）介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油（yóu）泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓（yā）力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通（tōng）徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑（jìng）閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外（wài）螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試（shì）驗。

¤兼備（bèi）夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特（tè）別適應氣體壓力試（shì）驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存（cún）使用（yòng）。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶（hù）任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
