YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液（yè）壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測（cè）壓係統、水箱（xiāng）係統等五大（dà）係（xì）統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油（yóu）缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸（gāng）、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路及（jí）控製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控（kòng）製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強（qiáng）度試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗（yàn）。

沉水式液壓測試台性能特征 Performance feature

¤適用（yòng）於小口徑閥門（mén）通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試（shì）驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊（jǐn）式（shì）工作，將試驗工件（jiàn）沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能，特別適（shì）應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配（pèi）置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使（shǐ）用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣（qì），由用（yòng）戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試（shì）壓安全保護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢測（cè）數據管理（lǐ）係統。
