YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為（wéi）液壓係統（tǒng）、電氣係統、機械（xiè）係統、測壓係統、水箱係統（tǒng）等五大係統，由機（jī）架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製（zhì）管路及控製閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高壓（yā）水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控（kòng）製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強度試驗（yàn）（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式（shì）、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門（mén）的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓（yā）壓緊式（shì）工作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉入水（shuǐ）箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內（nèi）配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置（zhì），試驗介質循環貯存使（shǐ）用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介（jiè）質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保（bǎo）護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數（shù）據管理係統。
