YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電（diàn）氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作（zuò）盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介（jiè）質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵、高（gāo）壓水（shuǐ）泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣（qì）控（kòng）製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各（gè）通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式、焊接式（shì）、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將（jiāng）試驗工（gōng）件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體（tǐ）壓力（lì）試驗，操（cāo）作使用方便（biàn）。

¤係統內配置高，低壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試（shì）驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試（shì）壓安全保護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
