YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右（yòu）工作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉（zhuǎn）油缸、移動油（yóu）缸、試驗介（jiè）質控製管路（lù）及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗（yàn）介質（zhì）控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係（xì）統、電（diàn）氣（qì）控製係（xì）統、試驗（yàn）壓力計量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強度試（shì）驗（yàn）（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛（duàn）鋼等（děng）閥門的（de）壓力性能試（shì）驗。

¤兼備（bèi）夾（jiá）爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊（jǐn）式工作，將試驗（yàn）工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵（bèng）供壓裝（zhuāng）置（zhì），試驗介質循環（huán）貯存使用（yòng）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
