YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱（xiāng）、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油（yóu）缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質（zhì）控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高（gāo）壓水泵、油（yóu）泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥（fá）、液壓控製係統、電氣控製（zhì）係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格（gé）閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺（luó）紋式鍛鋼等閥門（mén）的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪（zhǎo）抱壓（yā）式與頂壓壓（yā）緊式（shì）工（gōng）作（zuò），將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝（zhuāng）置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數（shù）據管理係統（tǒng）。
