YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械（xiè）係統（tǒng）、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油（yóu）缸（gāng）、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水（shuǐ）泵、高壓（yā）水泵、油泵（bèng）及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等（děng）組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門（mén）密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於（yú）小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內（nèi）外（wài）螺紋式鍛鋼（gāng）等（děng）閥門的壓力（lì）性能試驗。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱壓式（shì）與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試（shì）驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統（tǒng）內配（pèi）置高，低（dī）壓水泵供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介（jiè）質為（wéi）水、氣，由用戶任（rèn）意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安（ān）全保護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢（jiǎn）測（cè）數據管理係統（tǒng）。
