YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統（tǒng）、機械係統、測壓係統（tǒng）、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤（pán）、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻（fān）轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係（xì）統、試驗壓力計量等組（zǔ）成（chéng）。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥（fá）門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗（yàn）。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等（děng）閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度（dù）翻轉（zhuǎn）功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作（zuò）使用方（fāng）便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用（yòng）。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測試台試壓介（jiè）質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓（yā）安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
