YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機（jī）械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤（pán）、夾緊油缸、升降油（yóu）缸（gāng）、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試（shì）驗介質控（kòng）製管（guǎn）路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵（bèng）、油泵及電機、試驗（yàn）介質控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製（zhì）係（xì）統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（yàn）（PN）的公稱壓（yā）力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適（shì）用於小口（kǒu）徑閥（fá）門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂（dǐng）壓壓緊（jǐn）式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上（shàng）下升降及90度翻（fān）轉功能，特別適應（yīng）氣體壓力試驗（yàn），操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存（cún）使用。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台試壓介質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保（bǎo）護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
