YFA-FQ型沉水式液（yè）壓測試（shì）台分為液（yè）壓係統（tǒng）、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統（tǒng）、水箱係統等五（wǔ）大係統（tǒng），由機架（jià）、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油（yóu）缸、翻轉油缸（gāng）、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓（yā）水泵、油泵（bèng）及電機（jī）、試驗介（jiè）質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、液（yè）壓（yā）控製係統、電氣控（kòng）製係統、試驗壓力計量等組（zǔ）成。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

沉水式液壓測試（shì）台性能（néng）特征 Performance feature

¤適用（yòng）於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內（nèi）外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓（yā）式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及（jí）90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣（qì）體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作使用方便。

¤係（xì）統內（nèi）配置（zhì）高，低壓水泵（bèng）供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台試壓介（jiè）質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安（ān）全（quán）保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
