YFA-FQ型（xíng）沉（chén）水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電（diàn）氣係（xì）統（tǒng）、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係（xì）統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左（zuǒ）右工（gōng）作盤（pán）、夾緊油（yóu）缸、升降油缸、牽引油（yóu）缸、翻轉油缸、移動（dòng）油缸、試驗介質控製管（guǎn）路及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高壓水泵、油泵（bèng）及（jí）電機、試驗介質控製管路（lù）及控製閥（fá）、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑（jìng）規格閥門密（mì）封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強（qiáng）度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外（wài）螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱（bào）壓（yā）式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上（shàng）下升降及90度翻轉功能（néng），特別適（shì）應（yīng）氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低（dī）壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質（zhì）為（wéi）水、氣（qì），由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）設有試壓安全（quán）保護（hù）裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
