YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電（diàn）氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工（gōng）作盤（pán）、夾緊油缸、升（shēng）降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗（yàn）介質控製（zhì）管（guǎn）路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及（jí）電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製（zhì）係統、電氣控製係（xì）統、試驗壓（yā）力計量等（děng）組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性（xìng）能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺（luó）紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊（jǐn）式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升（shēng）降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應（yīng）氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便（biàn）。

¤係統內配置高，低（dī）壓水泵供（gòng）壓裝（zhuāng）置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式（shì）液（yè）壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用（yòng）戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設（shè）有試壓安全（quán）保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能（néng）檢測數（shù）據（jù）管理係統。
