YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係（xì）統（tǒng）、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統（tǒng），由機（jī）架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸（gāng）、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係（xì）統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門（mén）強度試（shì）驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密（mì）封（fēng）試驗（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行（háng）強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥（fá）門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門（mén）的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓（yā）式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作（zuò）使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵（bèng）供壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台試（shì）壓介質為水（shuǐ）、氣，由用戶任意選擇（zé）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
