YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱（xiāng）係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤（pán）、夾緊（jǐn）油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗（yàn）介質控製管路及控製閥、低（dī）壓水泵、高（gāo）壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控（kòng）製閥、液壓控製（zhì）係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門（mén）強度試驗（PS）是按各（gè）通徑規格（gé）閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接（jiē）式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能（néng）試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上（shàng）下升降及（jí）90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試（shì）驗（yàn），操作使用方便。

¤係統內（nèi）配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有（yǒu）試壓安全（quán）保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能（néng）檢測數據管理係統（tǒng）。
