YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試（shì）台分為液壓（yā）係統、電氣係統、機（jī）械係統、測壓（yā）係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水（shuǐ）箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽引油（yóu）缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係統、電氣（qì）控製係統、試驗壓力計量等（děng）組成。

閥門強度試（shì）驗（PS）是按各通徑規格（gé）閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性（xìng）能試（shì）驗。

¤適用於（yú）小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓（yā）式與頂壓壓緊（jǐn）式工作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉（chén）入水箱中，可上（shàng）下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓（yā）力試驗，操作使（shǐ）用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使（shǐ）用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台設有試壓安全保護裝（zhuāng）置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統（tǒng）。

¤It’s suitable for the pressure property test of the small caliber ball valve nominal diameter: DN15/100 flange type, welding type, inter and external thread type forge steel etc.
