YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓（yā）係統（tǒng）、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架（jià）、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升（shēng）降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高壓（yā）水泵、油泵及電（diàn）機、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製（zhì）係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適（shì）用於小口徑閥門（mén）通徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性（xìng）能（néng）試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱（bào）壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入（rù）水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝（zhuāng）置，試（shì）驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台試壓介（jiè）質為水、氣（qì），由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全（quán）保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
