YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等（děng）五大係統，由機架、水箱、左（zuǒ）右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引（yǐn）油缸、翻轉油缸、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高壓水泵、油泵（bèng）及電（diàn）機、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、液（yè）壓控製係統（tǒng）、電氣控（kòng）製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓（yā）力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外（wài）螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓（yā）力（lì）性能試驗。

¤兼備（bèi）夾爪抱（bào）壓（yā）式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉（chén）入（rù）水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能，特別適（shì）應（yīng）氣體壓力（lì）試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝（zhuāng）置，試驗介（jiè）質循環貯存（cún）使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台試壓介質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智（zhì）能（néng）檢測數據管（guǎn）理係統。
