YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓（yā）測試台（tái）分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等（děng）五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊（jǐn）油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽（qiān）引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路（lù）及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣（qì）控製係統、試（shì）驗壓力計（jì）量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑（jìng）規格閥門（mén）密封試驗（yàn）（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內（nèi）外（wài）螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能（néng）試驗（yàn）。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱（bào）壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功（gōng）能，特別適應（yīng）氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低（dī）壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台設有（yǒu）試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配（pèi）智能檢測數據管理係統。
