YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式液壓測（cè）試台分為液壓係統、電（diàn）氣係統、機（jī）械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統（tǒng）等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸（gāng）、牽（qiān）引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製閥（fá）、低壓水（shuǐ）泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥（fá）、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試（shì）驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（yàn）（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口（kǒu）徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊（hàn）接（jiē）式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的（de）壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱（bào）壓式與頂壓（yā）壓（yā）緊式工作，將試驗工件沉（chén）入（rù）水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓（yā）力試驗（yàn），操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台設（shè）有試壓安全保護裝（zhuāng）置。

¤可（kě）訂配智（zhì）能檢測數據管理係統。
