YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為（wéi）液壓係統、電氣係統、機械（xiè）係統、測（cè）壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵（bèng）及電機、試驗介質控製（zhì）管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係（xì）統、試驗（yàn）壓力計量等組成。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是（shì）按各通（tōng）徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺（luó）紋式（shì）鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度（dù）翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作使用方便。

¤係統（tǒng）內配（pèi）置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗（yàn）介（jiè）質循（xún）環貯存使用（yòng）。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測（cè）試台（tái）試（shì）壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
