YFA-FQ型沉水式液（yè）壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械（xiè）係統、測壓係統（tǒng）、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作（zuò）盤、夾緊（jǐn）油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉（zhuǎn）油缸、移動（dòng）油缸（gāng）、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥（fá）、液壓控製係統、電氣控製（zhì）係統、試驗（yàn）壓（yā）力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值（zhí）(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性能試驗。

沉水式液壓測試台性（xìng）能特征 Performance feature

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的（de）壓力性能（néng）試驗。

¤兼備夾爪（zhǎo）抱壓式與頂（dǐng）壓壓緊式工作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特（tè）別（bié）適（shì）應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵（bèng）供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗介質（zhì）循環（huán）貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由（yóu）用（yòng）戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有（yǒu）試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
