YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為（wéi）液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱（xiāng）、左右工作（zuò）盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓（yā）力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試（shì）驗（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能（néng）試驗（yàn）。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼（gāng）等（děng）閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試（shì）驗，操作使（shǐ）用方便。

¤係統內配（pèi）置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試（shì）驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台試壓（yā）介（jiè）質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
