YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機（jī）械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油（yóu）缸、試驗介質控製管路及控（kòng）製閥、低壓水（shuǐ）泵、高壓水泵、油（yóu）泵及電機、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控（kòng）製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試（shì）驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公（gōng）稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適（shì）用於小口徑閥（fá）門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可（kě）上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作（zuò）使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓（yā）介（jiè）質（zhì）為（wéi）水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安（ān）全保護裝置。

¤可訂配（pèi）智能檢測（cè）數據管理係統。
